XPETG CF combines the reliability of standard PETG with the added stiffness of carbon fiber reinforcement. Built for rigid, load-bearing parts, it delivers greater tensile strength and heat resistance, holding its shape under stress where standard PETG would flex. Ideal for functional components, jigs, and technical parts that need to perform under real mechanical demands.

XPETG CF Highlights
STIFFER THAN STANDARD PETG
Carbon fiber reinforcement increases tensile strength and rigidity, so parts resist flexing and hold their shape under load.
HEAT RESISTANT UP TO 85°C
Improved heat distortion resistance compared to standard PETG, holds its shape at higher temperatures.
VERY GOOD CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
Holds up against a broad range of chemicals and solvents, suited to parts that need to withstand real-world exposure.
FLAME RETARDANT (UL 94)
Rated flame retardant according to UL 94 at a 3.2mm wall thickness, an added safety margin for technical applications.
FITS ANY PRINTER, ANY SYSTEM
From standard FDM printers to AMS and multi-material setups, Extrudr filament is built to work reliably with the printer you already own.
MADE IN AUSTRIA
From the Austrian Alps, every Extrudr spool is manufactured with care, precision and strict EU standards.
Recommended settings for printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Max. 50% layer height. Optimal settings may vary between printers and are also dependent on environmental factors.
Our material profiles make printing easier and more reliable. The profiles are perfectly optimised for Extrudr filaments and deliver perfect results straight away. Simply select your printer and material, import the profile into your slicer, and you’re ready to go.

PRINTING & COMPATIBILITY
XPETG CF is compatible with all standard FDM printers on the market.
Yes. As with all carbon-fiber-reinforced materials, the abrasive content will gradually wear down a standard brass nozzle. We recommend a hardened nozzle (e.g., hardened steel or ruby) for smooth, reliable extrusion and consistent nozzle lifespan.
Yes. XPETG CF is fully compatible with AMS (Automatic Material System) solutions, including the Bambu Lab AMS.
Yes. XPETG CF is a hygroscopic material and should be dried before printing to achieve optimal print quality. We recommend drying for 4–6 hours at 60°C.
MATERIAL PROPERTIES
XPETG CF offers greater tensile strength and heat resistance than standard PETG, thanks to carbon fiber reinforcement, making it well-suited to rigid, load-bearing parts. This added stiffness comes with a trade-off in impact resistance compared to standard PETG, so XPETG CF is best suited to applications where rigidity matters more than shock resistance.
XPETG CF offers good resistance to UV, moisture, and heat, making it generally suitable for outdoor use. However, prolonged, permanent outdoor exposure can still cause gradual fading or embrittlement over time.
CERTIFICATION & COMPLIANCE
No. Carbon fiber reinforced filaments, including XPETG CF, are not certified for food contact. Any application requiring food safety should use a non-reinforced filament with confirmed food-contact compliance, such as PETG.
CARE & STORAGE
Store XPETG CF in a dry room at room temperature (18–27°C / 65–80°F). Stored neatly, it is protected from dust and sunlight.
When stored correctly, XPETG CF has a shelf life of 2 years.
