<b>3D printed beer cooler: The ultimate summer chill companion</b>

What could be better than a cool beer on a hot summer day. We have something for you. The mould for the beer cooler was printed with FLEX medium hellfire red. Due to the stretchability of the material of up to 470%, the ice can be easily removed from the mould.

Beer Cooler 

This water gun consists of 3 parts (handle, body/cylinder and sealing).

 The handle and the cylinder must be printed with a rigid material (PCTG/PETG) and need to be printed in place because these two are interlocking.&nbsp;

The sealing should be printed beforehand out of a flexible material (FLEX Medium, FLEX Semisoft). We got the best result by scaling up the seal 1%. If the seal is too big the resistance to insert the sealing is too high and if the seal is too small the water gun isn't working properly.&nbsp;

After the sealing is printed, the rest must be printed, but you have to add a pause at a z-heigth of 152.4mm or layer number 762 if you print all layers with 0.2mm layer height.

When the print is paused insert the lubricated seal carefully and resume the print. After the print is finished try to unlock the pistol.&nbsp;

If the seal isn't tight enough submerge the gun totally under water for reloading.
