DuraPro ASA was developed for industrial applications and offers tested UV and weather resistance, making it well suited to automotive and outdoor use. Independent weatherability testing shows only moderate colour change after 2000 hours of UV exposure. The material has strong mechanical resistance, good layer and bed adhesion, and low warping, with a matte surface finish. It is fire retardant to UL 94 HB.

Yes. DuraPro ASA is a hygroscopic material and should be dried before printing to achieve optimal print quality. We recommend drying for 10 hours at 60°C.

Store DuraPro ASA in a dry room at room temperature (18–27°C / 65–80°F). Stored neatly, it is protected from dust and sunlight.
When stored correctly, DuraPro ASA has a shelf life of 2 years.
Recommended settings for printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Max. 50% layer height. Optimal settings may vary between printers and are also dependent on environmental factors.
