DuraPro PC/PBT is a high-performance filament blend combining polycarbonate and PBT, built for demanding industrial 3D printing. It offers excellent mechanical strength and high thermal resistance (VICAT 126°C), along with genuine chemical resistance. Notably, it retains its toughness even at low temperatures, a genuine advantage for parts exposed to cold or variable environments. It's well suited to demanding, functional parts that need to perform reliably under real mechanical stress.

DuraPro PC/PBT is compatible with all standard FDM printers on the market. Note: a heated bed capable of reaching 110°C is recommended.
Yes. DuraPro PC/PBT is fully compatible with AMS (Automatic Material System) solutions, including the Bambu Lab AMS.
Yes. DuraPro PC/PBT is a hygroscopic material and should be dried before printing to achieve optimal print quality. We recommend drying for 8–12 hours at 65°C.

Store DuraPro PC/PBT in a dry room at room temperature (18–27°C / 65–80°F). Stored neatly, it is protected from dust and sunlight.
When stored correctly, DuraPro PC/PBT has a shelf life of 2 years.
Recommended settings for printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Max. 50% layer height. Optimal settings may vary between printers and are also dependent on environmental factors.
