TPU FLEX Hard CF combines carbon fiber reinforcement with the durable elastomeric base of FLEX Hard. Carbon fiber content increases hardness and rigidity, Shore D70 compared to D58 for standard FLEX Hard, trading some elongation for structure and stiffness. It remains easy to process, with very low warping and improved thermal stability during printing. The raw material is compliant with REACH and RoHS standards. A hardened nozzle is required for printing, due to the abrasive nature of the carbon fiber content.
