TPU FLEX Hard has been specially developed for the FDM/FFF process. Based on Polycaprolactone-Polyester, it offers an extensibility of up to 480%, high material quality, high chemical resistance, and a heat distortion resistance of up to 140°C, making the material suitable for numerous industrial applications. The raw material is compliant with REACH and RoHS standards.

Yes. FLEX Hard is a hygroscopic material and should be dried before printing to achieve optimal print quality. We recommend drying for 12 hours at 60°C.
Yes. FLEX Hard is UV-resistant, making it suitable for outdoor and light-exposed applications.
Yes. FLEX Hard offers high chemical resistance, suited to demanding industrial applications.
No. FLEX Hard is not certified for food contact.
Compliance applies to the raw material, not the finished printed part. Any part intended for a regulated application must undergo separate certification by an accredited third-party laboratory. Requirements vary depending on intended use and applicable standards.
Store FLEX Hard in a dry room at room temperature (18–27°C / 65–80°F). Stored neatly, it is protected from dust and sunlight.
When stored correctly, FLEX Hard has a shelf life of 2 years.
Recommended settings for printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Max. 50% layer height. Optimal settings may vary between printers and are also dependent on environmental factors.
