TPU FLEX Medium ESD is a filament specially developed for electronics-adjacent applications, combining the flexibility of TPU with genuine electrostatic discharge protection. The material effectively dissipates static electricity, protecting sensitive electronic devices from damage. With an electrostatic resistance of 0.7–0.9 MΩ, it's ESD-C conductive and cleanroom compliant, offering broad chemical resistance to oils, gasoline, esters, ketones, and chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Yes. FLEX Medium ESD is a hygroscopic material and should be dried before printing to achieve optimal print quality. We recommend drying for 6 hours at 60°C.

Store FLEX Medium ESD in a dry room at room temperature (18–27°C / 65–80°F). Stored neatly, it is protected from dust and sunlight.
When stored correctly, FLEX Medium ESD has a shelf life of 2 years.
Recommended settings for printers with a 0.4 mm nozzle. Max. 50% layer height. Optimal settings may vary between printers and are also dependent on environmental factors.
