GreenTEC Pro Filament – 100% Sustainable and Oil-Free

GreenTEC Pro is part of Extrudr's BIO Performance range, developed for high-performance industrial applications that demand more than standard heat-resistant materials can offer. It delivers a heat distortion resistance of 160°C along with excellent flexural strength and very little warping. Despite being medium-hard, it retains a degree of flexibility, giving it strong resistance to impact rather than the brittleness typical of many rigid, high-heat materials. Made from 100% renewable raw materials, GreenTEC Pro is CO2 neutral and oil-free, with a high-quality semi-matte surface finish.

No. GreenTEC Pro does not require drying before use to achieve optimal print quality.

GreenTEC Pro offers significantly higher heat resistance (160°C vs. 115°C) and greater flexural strength than standard GreenTEC, along with a degree of built-in flexibility for improved impact resistance. It's positioned as the higher-performance option for applications that need more than standard GreenTEC can offer.

Yes, GreenTEC Pro is generally suitable for outdoor use, but it's not recommended for environments with extreme heat. Prolonged outdoor exposure may also cause some colour fading over time.

GreenTEC Pro is compliant with FDA and EU 10/2011 food contact standards. Any printed item intended for food contact needs to be separately certified.

Store GreenTEC Pro in a dry room at room temperature (18–27°C / 65–80°F). Stored neatly, it is protected from dust and sunlight.

When stored correctly, GreenTEC Pro has a shelf life of 2 years.
